Main Features:
- All-metal design: Small size, light weight. Print flow up to 35mm³/S, Overall max temperature is up to 320C degree.
- Material upgrade, better heat dissipation:
Heating block upgraded to chromium-zirconium copper nickel plating treatment, high temperature resistance 500C degree printing, fast heat conduction.
Heatsink is using plated copper material with red aluminum heatsink surrounded to have better heat dissipation effect.
- Throat Structure Upgrade, less leakage & falling off:
The interference of the TC4 titanium heatbreak tube and the heat block increase the step surface at the bottom of the throat to completely eliminate material falling off and reduces the possibility of leakage.
The Roughness Of The Inner Wall Of The Throat And Nozzle Is Ra0.4, Which Reduces The Plugging And Improves The Printing Quality.
- Screw fixation, no bending & breaking any more:
Heating block and Radiator is fixed by by three titanium alloy screws on side. The connection is more stable and avoids high-speed printing pipe bending and breaking.
- Nozzle Structure Upgrade and detachable: nozzle threaded connected with heating block and throat to avoid materil falling off. Two nozzles will come, 0.6mm and 0.4mm which has been already installed with hotend. The nozzles are made of hardened steel SKD11 with black surface treatment, high temperature resistance.
Nozzle can be disassembled and replaced to reduce the cost of use
