- This hardened steel material gears with special Nano Coating surface called DLC, this coating not only has excellent wear resistance, but also has a very low friction coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance, it makes this extruder with a better capability of printing those tough engineering filaments for long-lasting performance.
- Helical gear design ensures better meshing performances, smoother gear transmission, more linear transmission force, more stable extruding to have a better printing experience. Two Gears are made of hardened steel material. Dual drive gears to feed the filament, ensures higher stability, faster speed, stronger wear resistance.
