- Stronger filament feeding force: The filament feeding gears are made of high-strength mould steel with nano-coating treatment on the surface, and the helical gears are designed to mesh better with the 3d printing material, which makes the gear transmission smoother and the power transmission more linear. The greater the degree of transmission contact, the longer the meshing time, the lower the stress, thus improving the gear’s load-bearing capacity and prolonging its service life
- Gear upgrading: The driving gear adopts double ball bearings instead of the original needle bearings, with smaller clearance and higher precision. The overall HRC hardness value of the gear is up to 62-65; HV hardness value is up to 1000-1200, which greatly ensures the strength, wear resistance and rust resistance of the gear
- The nano-coated surface of the filament drive gears prevents corrosion and oxidation, extending the life of the extruder
- Simple installation, no firmware or software required, dual gear feed, and upgraded DLC-coated dual gear metal resists wear and tear for long service life
